Psychological Bodywork - What Is It All About

We all could use a once-a-week focusing session that will help us re-balance ourselves, check what we achieved in the passing week, where we are today, what is still left to do in the short term, and where are we heading to in the long term.

The best way of doing this self growth work is the Grinberg Method.

The foot analysis enables the practitioner to see where the clients are at the present moment, what are the on-going traits in their life, and where does their potential of growth lies.
The actual body work that takes most of the session is a fun, interactive time for both the practitioner and the client, who leaves the room with new abilities in their bodies, and new directions for life.
